Task
To develop a centralized management system tailored to the daily work of IK 'Kristas Veterinārija', bringing client and animal records, visits and treatment documentation, medicine and material flows, reporting, and team management into one place. The solution needed to support the distinct workflows of companion and farm animals, the data required for regulatory reporting, and secure role-based access to company information.
Functionality
- Centralized client management for companies and private individuals, including contact details, addresses, banking information, documents, internal comments, and CSV import.
- Companion and farm animal records with species, holdings, individual identifiers, and LDC/CSV data import.
- A structured visit workflow for vaccinations and passports, companion animal treatment, and farm animal treatment.
- Visit journals, local drafts, filters, PDF printouts, and CSV reports, including documentation for group treatments.
- Medicine and batch management with stock dispensing, price calculations, status history, CSV import, and synchronization with the PVD medicine catalogue.
