To develop a modern web-based project and object management system that replaces the existing local desktop solution and brings the full workflow into one convenient digital platform. The system was designed to simplify and streamline daily project management — from preparing offers and generating contracts to managing objects, assigning resources, tracking planned versus actual work time, monitoring costs and generating reports.
